TAALC ECHO in AAC: Scanning Options – Visual and/or Auditory

This presentation focuses on when scanning may be used for AAC access and describes the sensory options to support scanning. The following scanning options will be discussed: 1) visual scanning (e.g., circular, linear, row/column, area/row/column), 2) partner-assisted scanning, 3) two-step scanning, and 4) auditory scanning.
